On October 29th, DFK’s student-led club DFK Omelet hosted a Halloween party at the Ideashop. Omelet members dressed up as various spooky characters! Various refreshments such as popcorn, sweets and drinks were provided. Also, they decorated the room with lights and other Halloween ornaments.
Students were invited to watch The Addams Family, which is a horror comedy apt for all tastes. Placing beanbags and lounge chairs around the screen welcomed students to gather around in a comfortable ambience to enjoy the movie. While the movie was playing, students enjoyed taking photos of each others’ costumes and munched their treats!
On the other hand, DFK continued the Halloween spirit by having a DFK treasure hunt for the remainder of the week. The TAs hid treats in different locations, and posed hints on Instagram. Our followers could see where the treats were hidden and had a chance to get them (first come first served). Many students had fun solving the hints and even some newcomers were encouraged to visit our facilities.
